Friends of Hazéls

Our 'Friends of Hazéls' evenings are dedicated listening sessions designed for those who like to slow down and really hear the music.

These intimate evenings bring together a small group of guests with a special guest artist headlining the evening, alongside a thoughtfully curated three-course menu by Chef Drew Knight.

As a Friend of Hazéls, the artist personally introduces and presents their record or new album as part of their launch, sharing the inspiration, stories, and context behind the music as it fills the room.

Drawing directly from the themes and emotions of the record, Chef Drew Knight designs a menu that complements and enhances the musical journey. Optional drink pairings further deepen the experience, creating a dining event where music is not the backdrop, but the centrepiece and where sound and flavour are thoughtfully intertwined.
